Toledo is a city in Ohio located on the western end of Lake Erie, on the Michigan border. It is the fourth largest city in the state with a population of 316,851 (U.S. Census Bureau 2007). Toledo is a city well known for its industry (especially in glass and auto parts production), art community, education, and local sports teams. The city itself has been nicknamed the Glass City.

Toledo is home to the Toledo Zoo – one of the region's best, The Toledo Museum of art, which is world renowned for its collections and exhibitions, Fifth Third Field – home of the Triple-A Detroit Tigers affiliated Toledo Mud Hens as well as 11 metro parks, a downtown science center and many other attractions.

The city is also just a short drive away from Cedar Point, which has been voted the world's best amusement park nine years in a row as well as Put-in-Bay, a fun filled island in the middle of Lake Erie. Detroit, home to Ford Field, Comerica Park, DTE Energy Music Theatre and countless other attractions is also just an hour away.
